Dear Friends, I think that all three, M/s Yograj, Umesh and Nirmal jee are absolutely correct in their explanation. There are two basic issues raised by the three of them. First, and foremost, and very important - please don't make LalKitab any more complicated than it is. It has become a fashion with some people to needlessly run in virtual circles without ever giving any practical proof or example. Algebraic formulae can't be applied in explaining this combination. The second aspect that Umesh jee has raised is in actuality the KISS principle (Keep It Simple, Sir) When he says "...everyone knows.." he implies what is written as the first line in Lal Kitab when Sun+Venus+Mercury conjunction is described (something like) "the hollow sphere of Mercury will destroy Venus, with the help of Sun.." It can't be any simpler than this. Mercury will act as a malefic and will destroy Venus. Anything more is stretching the truth without gaining anything useful. There are some other conditions given in the book which all can read. I have no clue about Mr. Chillar's book or his theory. According to your explanation, it seems that he is applying an algebraic permutation which is meaningless and perhaps erroneous in this context. Based on my experience, Mercury is mostly malefic whenever this combination presents itself, regardless of the house in which these planets are positioned. As a Lal Kitab practitioner, you should verify the nature of Mercury - eight out of ten times, it will act malefic. Also look at Venus - ill effect on Venus related persons and items will dominate. A sliver ring made out of solid silver (no soldering. As an example, cut out of a silver Rupee) has been found to be extremely helpful.
