I have 4 planets in 4th house Ra+Ju+Sa+Ma. But i do not remember any sleep without dreams and i can not sleep peacefully
My every sleep (day/night...2 minutes/8 hours no matter) is with dreams and i do remember dreams for many days.
The positive is that if something going to happen in future (specially negative) i can see in dream but not directly only some hints that something going to happen.
I tried lot to get rid of this but no success even if I am vegetarian, not taking alcohol and very religious person.

I have only experienced 1 gud thing in night is that I get a very peaceful sleep .. No bad dreams ever nor do I get afraid and get up in between of my sleep ...
For shukra + ketu .. Wat effect will they give in my 4th house I don't know ..
But yes it is told that ketu + chandra + shukra in 4th house is chandra grahan ..
