You are right.There is a printing mistake in Lalkitab 1952 Hindi Transliteration Book by Pt. Beni Madhav Goswami Ji.
The word in original Book is 'Galtaan'not galta na
The line should be
"Ya Gande Ishq mein Garq Galtan ho to ........"
In my opinion The meaning of Galtan(ludakta hua) in this context means fully submerged or fully involved.
