Dear Jitin ji,

Only paap grah (rahu and ketu) will not do any paap, do NOT include sani in it.
Here rahu or ketu becomes Dharmi in front of moon.
Sani will become Dharmi in front of jupiter.

For sani it is said that ,
"Asar magar us ghar mein jawe sani jaha ki bhaithe ho".
