reply of your querry is made clear in LAL KITAB 1952 edition, at page No.458, SHUKKAR KHANNA No.7, at it`s very begining i.e. JAISA YEH, WAISI VOH - SAATHI KA ASAR - AKELA NEK and furhter its effects are made more clear in note given at base of the same page at -1 note by quoting relation with SATURN (Nazar).
