[astrostudents] Solve the Doubt

 

Respected Seniors,

Please help me solve this stanza, which is from Lal kitab (1942 edition) chapter "Venus".

 

Gahr 7vain jab apney betha- Asar-Nazar, rooh apni ko I

De deta grah usi ko ye-  betha jo ghar 7vain ho             II

 

Kya ye apney sath bethe hue grah ko apna asar dega? Agar esa hey to jab akela ho to kya ye condition lagoo nahin hogi? ya varshaphal main jab koi grah 7vain aaye to us par ye asar hoga?
