Dear Jitin It seems that you have not studied the 1939 and 1940 editions carefully as suggest by me. Anyhow, there is a chapter heading "Jism ka naak va zamaney ka Brahaspat"  on page number 112-a and 112-b of Lal Kitab ke farmaan-1939. You will find your answer there.
