Ashok ji, its a one part. U will come across examples like mercury
giving results in 17th year. Rahu in 21 or even 11 years. Ketu in 13th
year. Then u have sun+rahu = 0 years. some combinations have nisaf or
half period effect. Whole context has to be seen. The best indicators
