Thanks Harinder Ji, You have described the meaning in more precise way. Normally in local dialact in punjab 'Bhakya' also means 'Bachan' (Not vachan) I don't know how to express it in English or hindi.

In this specific case it might mean all possible manners or kinds of speech connected to describing all possible emotions that exist in society & in describing all possible streams of knowledge. The connection to the planet Mercury & significations of Mercury is possibly described here. The 6th house is linked to Mercury as is well known.
This phrase is used, as per my limited knowledge, in the 4th Stanza of the Japuji Sahib which was channeled by Guru Nanak. The original phrase there is:
Sacha Sahib Sache Nain, Bhakyan Bhau Apar.
Sacha (truth which also means eternal) Sahib (master) Sache (true or eternal) Nain (Name), Bhakyan (reciting) Bhau (with emotion of love) Apar (unlimited).
In other words, the Name of the Lord, who is also truth personified or eternal, is true or eternal, so recite his name with unlimited love & without counting.
I stand corrected by Nirmal Ji & others, so I would request that this is confirmed by other senior personages.
