I want some clarification on following:
"If first house is empty than 7H is dormant.
It will be active only from that day when 8th comes to 2nd."
It means that if Sani/Mangal comes in 2nd (during varshphal) , 7th will active ?
Or
When planet of 8th (In the Kundali of a person) comes in 2nd at that time 7th will get active?
If yes: What will happen in following scenarios:
1. If 8th planet (s) is/are enemies of Venus & Mercury?
2. If Paapi grah setting in 8th and comes in 2nd ?
