Dear Srana Ji,
You have raised a important aspect regarding behavior of planets in Khana No.2. "We are saying that any planet in 2nd house will not do any harm"
The lines are
"Grah Mushtarqa Bura nahi Karte Band Muthi Ke Khanon Mein Phal 2-11 Aapno Apna Dharam Mandir Gurudwara Mein"
( The Conjuncted planets in 1-4-7-10 will not do harm and in khana no 2 & 11 they will give the effect as Aapno-Apna(As a individual)
Now we see the chapters of planets in 1942 especially 1952 one will find that the effect are Bad as well as good in 1-4-7-10 & 2-11.
So the confusion will prevail in the minds about the meaning of these lines. My suggestion is to keep this lines in mind while reading the effect of planets in these houses.
