Ghar teeje hai pakka mangal dhan daulat ke jane ka
Khawesh-au-akarib bhai apne ya chori, ayaari ka.
It is the house of Pakka Mars, exit of wealth and money.
Signifies : Brother from same father or cousin in one's joint family, friends who are close like brothers, stealing, cleverness.
Asar najar aur jang-va-jadal sab, mahal bhi unke lete hai
Badna badana, farz mansabi, insaaf meetha unka lete hai.
Signifies : Results of evil sight or sight with bad intentions, combat, war, place or forts where fight takes place.

To help to move forward, duties of responsible person (an officer), justice of brotherhood (sweet).
Utthi jawani ya khun jigar ka, tana darakh, aakash bhi hai.
Khusi gami aur saale bhanoi, samaan aaraayash makan bhi hai.
Early stage of youth, liver's blood, trunk of tree, open sky.
Happiness sadness, brother-in-law, husband of sister, things to decorate the home.
[In my opinion `akaash'is not open sky it is referring to element `akaash' which signifies blank space (khlaav) ( I don't know how to express it) .
Sher darinde is ghar rehte, triloki bhi hota hai.
Takat bachha paida karne, sasural aahwal akela hai.
Ruthless lions is seen from here, triloki (numinous) is also seen from here.
Sexual power to produce children, all in-laws are lonely ?

When female planets (venus , moon) comes in this house, it acts as male planet.
Venus is bull and moon is saint (Shiva ji), males if rises than age will increase.
Inference: Female planets in 3H make the native coward so females in family become courageous in facing danger or to dominate.
[In my opinion 6ks should be considered here. Since mangal bud condition does not prevail in the presence of female planets, hence cowardness will cease to exist. Female planets here means Venus(Wife) , Moon(Mother) and those will play active role in the life of native-> means that his wife/mother will be capable of doing all the tasks which normally a male person can do in the family and her decision are considered as firm. females will not be like "Keeley Banni Gaan naan hoon na haan" (it is not like a cow tethered with khoonta ]
Male planets or cruel planets in this house increase resistivity to withstand any diseases hence age increases.
Here Mars will be not mangal badh due to blessing of moon.
[in my opinion Mars if posited here can be mangal Bud. But if females planets are posited here, then mars bud will not be there in native's kundli even if at a particular position of Mars in a house which is considered for it as Mars Bud,likeHouse no 4]
If females in home are respected than native will rise in all stage of life. (child, youth,old age)
Whole family will rise, theft will also not take place.
Inference : this house is the house of power, if power is used to protect females and children, good qualities are developed than naturally it will rise the whole family.
Else if this power is misused for harassment the weaker ones than naturally struggle, theft will increase in the home.
