it is a typing mistake, what Iqbal ji means is BUDH KA BHEDH, i.e. secret nature of mercury, a simple formula is given in the book to derive this BHEDH or SECRET but its applications are complex. in a way it is a method to deduce/measaure the damage suffered by Guru on account of other planets position in the chart.

Budh is combination of 2 masnuis 1. Guru 2. Rahu. the worst affliction is when the rahu part changes the Guru completely into Budh.

Dont think so both hv bad effect on jupiter and moon

If u read LK1952 it is written tht when both RAHU + MERCURY are there in 1 to 6th house

they will have good effects but frm 7th to 12 th house they hv malefic effects bcoz ketu is giving malefic effect frm former houses,except 11th housebcoz ketu cant give malefic effect frm 5th, but in 7th 10th 11th both are not so bad for individual but bad for individual others relatives.12th house is the main consideration where it is wriiten tht rahu's elephant has to run away frm budh's goat tht is worst combination they hv in 12th bcoz budh is poison in 12th and moreover they hv malefic effects if they hv any takkar frm jupiter or they both are in jupiter house.

IF budh and rahu are still good but relatives of budh & rahu are always effected malefic like sister ,in laws, sassural massi, bua maternal grandfather & mother etcetc

if both are malefic then Worst Effects frm rahu related work,mental disorder ,

this is my analysis
