Dear Mahajan,

I am sorry for late reply due to constraint of time. We, in Lal Kitab do all upayas for 43 days. The maximum period of the Rahu is for 42 years. According to Ayurveda the food we eat gets digested and form Veerya dhatu after 40 days..So it has become tradition to do every thing for 40 or 43 days in indian tradition. We go to gurdawara for 40 days, we recite mantra for 40 days. etc. Some things are performed due to traditions. It does not need logic or calculations.

Jaisa ki sab jaante hain ki lalkitab ke anusar ek din mein ek hi upay kiya jana chahiye,par kai baar aisa hota hai ki koi upay lagatar 43 din kiya jana hota hai,tab kya iss period (43days) mein koi dusra upay kiya ja sakta hai ya nahi.

abb jisne apna nak 96 days ke liye chhedan karwa rakha ho , to kya woh bhee inn 96 days mein koi dusra upay kar sakta hai ya nahi.

Sabhi senior members se meri request hai ki apne apne vichar lal kitab ke anusar bataye tatha saath hee lalkitab mein kis page no par iss babat kuchh likha hai woh bataye.
