that in case of illness, nashe waali cheesen help karengi-- may be
liquor .opium or any other such thing.

In my personal opinion, if you need to purchase such items
especially at the time when Saturn of 6th comes to 6th house during
Varshphal, you should also buy a toy (item of ketu) along with Shoes

that, and it can not be wrong. But by saying that Pundit ji has
certainly not indicated towards drinking or allowed it, he rather
indicated towards starting/doing the business related to Saturn.
Moderate drinking can not be ruled out for Saturn in 4th house, but
it should be done only if a native faces health problems.
