Although in Lal Kitab astrology the normal natal chart prepared either
manually or by using any modern day software is used. But the
rectification process or Bhava Spashta as you have described is known
as Tewe ki darustee in Lal Kitab. This process is a bit different from
the Bhahv Spashta or Chalit Kundli technique. Accuracy of planetary
configuration is verified with the help of the events and also by
asking various questions from the native. It can also be done with the
help of placement of item related to various planets in the native's
house.
