Dear Sir,
 
According to Lal kitab one cannot build/ buy a house before 48th year of age, when Shani is in Lagna (1st house),3rd,5th,8th,10th or 11th house.
I am eager to know, if the above is applicable for the husband's (earning member) kundli or both - husband's & wife's kundli ?
In todays world both - husband & wife are working/ professionals/ business persons. Hence, want to clear the doubt...
