Dear Ravi Have you tried Ayurvedic method of treatment Have to tried medicines like 'Neeri' form  M/s AIMIL Pharmacuticals Ltd. It is a very good medicine. Please consult and expert Ayurvedic doctor. Hope you will not need repeated operations/surgeries. Retrograde transit Saturn over Virgo/Libra Rasi Sandhi causing the problem. The problem will end after 25th/26th June. Till that time have patience and  be in touch with an honest doctor. Recitation of Hanuman Chalis and feeding/ helping old age people who have nobody to take care of will be helpful.
