You are absolutely right for
1. "Grah Mushtarka Bura Nahin Karte Band Muthi ke Khano Mein".
and
2. If two or more enemy planets are sitting in 10th house than the kundli becomes Blind.
Now try to understand both the statements separately as both are to be viewed individually under different context.
The first statement is for predicting the results of planets sitting in the houses 1-7-4-10. and
Second is for judgment of type of natal chart.
Both are separate matters in Lal Kitab. Read again and again to understand the meaning behind the statements made in the Lal Kitab.
